Goodbye, Bill of Rights.

I wonder how my father would have felt about this. After all, he lost his innocence and his youth fighting for this country in WWII. How would he feel today knowing they've ripped up our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

Nothing will happen, huh?

A Government, any government, WILL repress its citizens if it is allowed to do so. Study history!

They promised they would let most provisions sunset this December... after introducing it right after 9/11. "Trust us," they said.

Well, can they imagine how we, the little people, feel?

Probably not.

I had always felt so fortunate that we had so many protections... that our civil liberties were protected in this country.

Is anyone paying attention... anyone at all?
